Multi-size plugs for pipes, sewer and storm drains

Plugy (for blocking flow) and Plugsy (flow-through).

Surface ribs promote superior grip inside the pipe. Advanced rubber compound and Rayon-Kevlar reinforcement make it possible for one plug (multi-size) to perform equally well in several different size pipes reducing the number of plugs needed.

Multi-size pipe plugs are equipped with interchangeable inflation couplers and eyelet bolts
for lifting.

Plugs are flexible and can easily bend around corners and angles.

Special order Chloorpene rubber pipe plugs are available for contact with petroleum products.

STORM-DRAIN SEALING KIT

Quickly seal roadside storm-drains in the event of a chemical spill.

Inflatable pipe plugs keep contaminates out of drainage systems.

Basic Kit 100-150 includes four plugs to seal both sides of the street. Foot pump precisely fills plugs to the required pressure. Completely self-contained kits include all inflation and safety accessories.

Large pipe sealing kit 300-500 seals larger pipes. High pressure air source is included to speed up high volume plug inflation.

Plugs can be standard, long-life rubber compound or oil-resistant Chloroprene compound.

Non-corrosive case fits in standard equipment areas on police and other emergency vehicles.

SEALING WEDGES AND CONES

Sealing wedges and sealing cones are new additions to the Sava sealing products line. Sealing wedges and cones are used for quick sealing of cracks or slot shaped punctures on ground storage tanks or tankers on trucks and railcars. Three different size wedge shaped plugs are included, which can be used for sealing cracks (15 - 60 mm). One cone shaped plug is included, which can be used for sealing holes 30 - 90 mm. diameter.

The remote placement pole, (push and inflation rod) and spray deflector can be used to install and inflate cones or wedges from a distance. Anti-corrosive case is small enough to easily fit in emergency vehicle cabinets.

Foot pump, hose and air controller included. Use compressed air source or inflate with the floor pump. Completely self-contained.

PIPE PLUG KIT

Quickly plug leaks the safe way. Flow-through plugs allow liquids and fuels to be blocked, pumped or drained from transport trucks, rail tankers and many other types of fuel tanks or liquid chemical tanks.

Sava Pipe Plug Kits meet and exceed DOT approved guidelines. All parts are electrostatic and friction spark
protected. All metal parts are corrosion resistant. Special rubber compounds insure adequate resistance to various chemicals, fuels and liquid hydrocarbons. Assortment of multi-size pipe plugs to fit pipes from 1/8” up to 6” in diameter. Each pipe plug has multiple uses and each plug fits a range of pipe sizes. Kit includes rubber pipe plugs, cork assortment, Pelican case, grounding straps, CO² power inflator with integrated back-up hand-pump, and several self-grounding extension hoses. Take as-is or mix and match to meet your specific requirements. Larger plugs are available. Sava inflatable pipe plugs come in a range of sizes from 1” up to 96” in diameter.

Decontamination Unit

Inflatable decon shower units are used for emergency decontamination in cases of exposure to hazardous waste materials, chemical spills, as well as chemical and biological WMDs.

Therefore, it should be standard equipment for hazmat response teams.

Our decon units are produced in three different versions:

• DE22 Decon unit with pre-rinse external pool
• DE22S Decon unit without external pool
• DE22D Dual decon unit

All three types are designed to be integrated with Our inflatable shelter Type 22. Other sizes and configurations are

available upon request.
